CMI Straight Back Sweeper Headers for Mercury 525-700 Engines - 9" Taller, Leaned 

The all polished, 9” taller, straight back CMI Sweeper style are a superior long tube header designed for both racing or any high-performance application. These leaned, taller headers are commonly used in custom or staggered setup Mercury 525-700 series motors. These headers feature the CMI Flex Flare Tailpipe Connection. For big-block applications, where maximum scavenging and horsepower are required, CMI Sweeper headers deliver peak performance and power from naturally aspirated engines. When replacing factory Mercury headers, the older style headers with the header by-pass hoses are no longer available. Replacement headers and tailpipes have a different configuration requiring some new fittings to complete the update.
