We are a leading high performance marine parts manufacturer looking for part time help needed in our warehouse. This job entails order pulling, packaging, and light assembly. Perfect for retired craftsmen type individuals looking for something to keep busy or anyone looking for a flexible schedule. We are open Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday

Customer Service / Receptionist

Hardin Marine is a marine parts manufacturer and distribution order business. We are a locally owned business and have been servicing Florida for over 20 years.

We are looking for a fun, energetic person to help assist us with processing our website orders. This position is an entry level position and we are willing to train. This position requires a dependable, honest person with an upbeat attitude, good organizational skills and the desire to help customers via the phone and email. We have full time and part time positions available. The full time positions would be 40 hours per week. The part time positions would be 20 to 30 flexible hours per week. Our store hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Here are some details on this position:

  • Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the correct person / department.
  • Take orders over the phone/process payments
  • Processing / researching credit card transactions through Paypal/Amazon
  • Contacting customers regarding their orders via the phone and or email.
  • Filing
  • Light Cleaning

Qualifications for this position:

  • Computer Literacy - REQUIRED
  • Upbeat, friendly attitude.
  • Good with numbers and very organized.
  • Able to multitask
  • Dependable
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision
  • Needs to be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge.
