These valve covers are not only the most beautiful addition to any Big Block Chevrolet marine engine they also solve one of the most difficult and annoying tasks for power boaters, inspection and adjustment of your engines valve train! Sold in Pairs for one engine.

The PATENTED two piece design allows access for inspection and maintenance without removal of the exhaust system. Once the receiver rail is installed you will never have to worry about cleaning, replacing, or scraping valve cover gaskets again. The patented valve cover receiver rail stands 3/4" tall and prevents oil from running down the side of your engine while the cover is removed. A positive o-ring seal assures a leak free seal between the covers and receiver rail, but best of all the cover is removed via two integrated thumb screws. That’s right no tools required here. The cover can be removed and replace in just minutes. Allowing more time for what you want to do most — powerboating.

NOTE 1: You should tighten the valve cover rail to head at 130/120 in lbs. and the wing nuts to 25/20 ft lbs.

NOTE 2: Purple, Red, Yellow, Silver and Black Colors will have two week lead time.

NOTE 3: SATIN valve covers are unfinished. They will need to prepped if you intend to paint, polish, anodize or powder coat them.

3" Angle Cut Part-Time Transom Mounted Silencers

These silencers are 100% stainless steel and are perfect for both stock and slightly modified engines There are no moving parts and they come in a brilliant polished finish These silencers are called part-time because by simply removing one bolt per tip you can remove the slip-in silencers and have straight through exhaust Approximately an 8 to 10 decibel reduction is achieved with these silencers installed.

Available in your choice of straight or angle cut styles. All tips require a 4" mounting hole while providing the appropriate exhaust hose connection size.

3" Black Billet O-Ring Clamp Oil Cooler Bracket

Center-to-center mounting hole distance: dual 5/16 bolt 1-9/16 cl

The Hardin Marine bracket not only has a unique mounting feature, it also has an integrated O-ring cushion. It will not scratch or mar the cooler and it provides a non-slip clamping surface. Inferior brackets literally crush your cooler to hold it. Don't crush your cooler - clamp it correctly with Hardin Marine oil cooler clamps! Use counter sunk flat head 5/16" screws/bolts to mount (not included). The clamp is 3/4" wide. Sold Each.

This hose is used to plumb from your bilge blower to your engine compartment.

Bilge / Vent hose is sold by the foot, i.e add quantity of 6 for 6 ft. of hose.

Hose comes in maximum of 50 feet sections. Please specify if you want sections cut into specific lengths when ordering over 50 feet.

This hose allows you to make only very slight bends due to its corrugated design used in extreme-duty applications. It has a reinforcing wire threaded through the wall to increase strength.

All exhaust hose is sold by the inch, i.e add quantity of 24 for 24 in. (2 ft.) of hose.

3" Internal Butterfly Style Rubber Replacement Exhaust Flapper

These original equipment style rubber flaps are designed to replace missing or burned out flaps. They can also be easily retro-fitted to tips that were not originally equipped with flaps. This flap tack welds in place on a stainless steel tip.
