Mercruiser SBC 1978-1982 Log to Center Rise Conversion Exhaust Kit

This kit converts 1978-1982 305/5.0L & 350/5.7L CID, Log Style Manifolds to the 1983-2002 style Center Rise Manifolds. The conversion kit uses two elbows to bring exhaust down to the original Y-Pipe. The 1982 and older Y-Pipe is 4" in diameter and round at the inlet, newer designs are oval at the inlet. Not for use on engines w/ high mounted power steering pumps. Replaces Mercury 77234A7 and 77235A8 manifolds and 76351A2 risers.

Exhaust Manifolds Assembly replaces MerCruiser part # 96705A1. Fits Model 140 Inline 4 Cylinder 181 CID 1968-1982.
