All steel constructed. Rotates 360 degrees. Adjusts out to 6" which allow to fit larger lower units like Mercruiser, cobra and others Comes with 4- lockdowns and hardware. All lockdowns and base have rubber strips applied to prevent any marring of the drive. Note: These are large bulky items. When shipped they may have scuffs on the paint from being thrown around by the shipping carrier.
