#4238 Billet machined LWP front accessory hub with all hardware. The #4238 LWP front hub is designed to register inside a factor or Aftermarket LWP lower accessory pulley. This Hub is necessary for you to bolt on your bottom blower pulley to a non-blower specific accessory pulley. The rear register is machined to a 1.125″ dia. which will be slightly larger than most LWP accessory pulley ID registers. This register will need to be modified to correctly locate this hub to your LWP accessory pulley. Stamped steel lower accessory pulleys typically have a 1.120″ to 1.125″ Dia. female register. Aftermarket aluminum lower accessory pulleys typically have a 1.100″ Dia. female register. Please note that Serpentine Blower Drive Applications (such as 10 rib or 16 Rib Drive Pulleys) require precise pulley alignment between top and bottom pulleys. Depending on your accessory pulley flange thickness, some modifications to the Hub length might be necessary for proper alignment. If you don’t have access to a machine shop, please contact TBS and we can modify the hub for a minimal charge.
