Xtreme Series Water Crossover - 1-1/4" Single Inlet
 This
is the standard version of our single inlet crossover. These units feature
a single 90 degree 1-1/4" hose barb. The inlet is a lower profile
design than previous versions preventing interference with supercharger
belts. The inlet can be clocked or indexed to different positions
accommodating various water inlet hose routing.
A crossover cooling system provides the optimum method for cooling water to
enter an engine. By eliminating the excessive drag caused by a circulating
pump cooling system a crossover system offers the user potential power
increases.
These water crossovers are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and have
a black hard coat anodized finish that protects them from the harshly corrosive
salt water environment. They are completely O-ringed on all sealing
surfaces which eliminates the need for sealing gaskets. The billet
aluminum covers are also O-ring sealed and are polished to a mirror finish or
can be custom color finished by the customer. These units fit all popular
big block GM type engines. |
