Hardin Marine has always been at the forefront of engine development and the new Billet-Track LS accessory kit is just one more example.The perfect solution for mounting accessory components on the popular LS-1, LS-2, LS-3 and LS-6 used in engine swap applications.

The kit is engineered from 6061-T6 aluminum is precision CNC machined for strength and perfect fitment keeping a tight profile to the engine block. This all in one system kit includes a custom aluminum circulating pump, Billet crank pulley, Hardin Marine stainless steel water pump and billet pulley, power steering pump and billet pulley, High output 100amp alternator, Polished billet aluminum brackets and hardware, Stainless steel water inlet tube, and to keep it all spinning in style under constant tension a billet aluminum belt tensioner.

This system is sold without a closed cooling tank, however it MUST USE a closed cooled tank of some kind. This system in not designed for raw water cooling. System engineered to work with Fluidamper balancer #212-620121

This kit is designed to retain a factory style circulating water pump system and is perfect for use with a closed cooling system. What separates the Billet-track serpentine systems is engineering and design in the harshest of environments. The use of a specially designed spring loaded billet belt tensioner system keeps belt tension at a pre-loaded tension regardless of engine rpm. This is key to avoiding belt grip as well as a long life span. 

The billet track serpentine system is available in both a power steering equipped version and non-power steering version. The kits come complete with beautifully polished Billet-Track aluminum serpentine pulleys as well as high speed billet idlers featuring sealed bearings. All of the mounting brackets are machined from the finest 6061-T6 aircraft billet aluminum, stainless steel sea water pump, circulating water pump, a 94 amp high-output chrome alternator, and power steering pump, Each kit includes the mounting hardware and serpentine drive belt for the smoothest of installations.

If your application requires a bypass, you will have to drill and tap a hole as shown in this drawing.

Until now the industry has offered only crude OEM stamped steelbracketry with limited adjustability requiring modifications to make them fit innearly all applications. These problems brought to our attention the needto design bracketry to mount engine accessories that are not only attractive butstrong with a quality fit every time. We have compiled our most popularcomponents into kits. Both naturally aspirated and supercharged versionsare available. Our "Standard" version combines quality and costefficiency while our "Deluxe" versions represent the very best inavailable bracketry and accessories available today. Each kit includes allnecessary hardware.

Designed as an entire drive package for use with both short deck and tall deck Big Block Chevy applications, the system aligns an engine's accessories on a common billet mounting structure, which eliminates problems caused by multiple engine mounting surfaces.

Each Kit comes with a high volume sealed bearing and a hardened shaft power steering pump with a billet pulley and plastic reservoir can. Also included is a series of billet idler pulleys with sealed high speed bearings and a spring loaded idler assembly. Finally, each system features a single 1" NPT inlet water crossover, integrated dual supercharger idler mounting slots that work with most superchargers, an adjustable billet timing pointer and a billet serpentine crank pulley. Does not include supercharger crank pulley, idler pulleys and idler sliding nuts.  Billet Power Steering Reservoir not included, sold separately. Kit includes standard plastic power steering reservoir.

We make it easy to install you supercharger on a dry sump engine!  thiskit includes everything you need to make it work.  The dry sump adapterbracket lowers the pump enough to mount the alternator to the Keith EickertWater Crossover which is also used for mounting the power steering pump drivenoff a Hardin Dual or Triple Stage Raw Water Pump.
