That is why when we set out to build two new intercooler designs we turned to the man himself. The first unit is designed from the famed "Superchiller" unit. This intercooler features a 356-T6 "Cast" aluminum case with the latest 24 fin per inch aluminum core. These cores are nearly 40% more efficient than previously designed 16 fin per inch cores. Next, the housing and core are mated to billet high flow 3/4 NPT inlet/outlet caps to provide the perfect match to our standard intercoolers. If you need an intercooler to meet the most extreme and demanding situations, we have also assembled the "Ultimate" intercooler. We start with an all billet CNC machined 6061-T6 case. Next, we install our industry exclusive Keith Eickert designed "Dual-Pass" tube style Cupronickel core. This Dual-pass tube style core allows the water to travel through individual large diameter individual tubes as opposed to traditional fin styles to the end of the core and back before it returns to exit at the outlet. Not only does this allow the water to scrub substantially more heat from the core but the efficiency of the Cupronickel is unmatched in its thermal reduction qualities. Corrosion resistance is accomplished with hard anodized, high flow billet inlet/outlet caps.. So whatever your intercooling needs may be, we have got you covered. KE Cupronickel Intercooler Core For The Blower Shop Housing

Well it’s not a matter of if, but when. That’s right, more often than not, the leading cause of intercooler failures is from sand, dirt, and debris plugging these units. By starting with a Cupronickel material we were able to increase the efficiency of the units overall performance by as much as 50%! That translates into just plain more horsepower. Next we developed a cupronickel chassis to allow tubes to be run through the heart of the core. These ¼" tubes not only provide additional water flow to scrub off more heat, but they eliminate the clogging associated with first generation fin style coolers.
